Duties

• Defend a full caseload of litigation from inception through trial independently.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research.
• Develop and present legal strategies on behalf of clients.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs.
• Provide timely legal advice and services to clients.
• Communicate effectively with courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Ensure efficient disposition of assigned cases.
• Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings.

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of litigation experience with verdict experience.
• Extensive trial experience.
• Effective communication skills for case evaluation and client representation.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the NY/NJ Bar.
