Duties

• Manage caseload and support partners on personal injury and defendant insurance litigation matters.
• Conduct depositions and draft litigation documents.
• Maintain organized caseloads in line with client agreements.
• Develop understanding of client and business integration.

• Handle case-relevant motion practice and attend court proceedings.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York Bar with 2 to 3 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to manage caseloads autonomously.
• Strong academic record and legal analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in crisis situations.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to share knowledge.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
