• Handle regulatory investigations and professional liability matters.

Requirements

• Experience in complex litigation involving data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws and technology transactions.
• Strong background in litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Prior experience at a reputable law firm (7 years or more).
• A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Georgia.
