A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in foreclosure and be eligible to work in the Virginia office. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within a collegial and flexible atmosphere.

Duties

• Manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Draft and review pleadings to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Attend hearings and status conferences.
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Provide creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk.

Requirements

• 6+ years of foreclosure experience.
• Eligible to work in Virginia.
• Experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and/or mortgage banking is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.
• Member in good standing of the bar.

Certifications

• Bar membership in Virginia.

Skills

• Strong case management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent drafting and legal research abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
