Duties:

• Manage pharmaceutical patent disputes with a focus on Hatch-Waxman litigation

• Draft and revise legal briefs, memoranda, and client correspondence

• Conduct and manage all phases of fact and expert discovery

• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams on strategy, depositions, and trial preparation

• Analyze regulatory matters related to drug approval and exclusivity

• Engage directly with clients and technical experts to develop case strategies

• Stay current with IP legal trends and pharmaceutical patent case law

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant litigation experience, specifically in Hatch-Waxman matters

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex pharmaceutical or biotech IP litigation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven research and analytical capabilities

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with a state bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Admission in California preferred or willingness to become admitted

Skills:
