Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support complex litigation cases.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent clients effectively in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks and maintaining high productivity.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on multifaceted litigation matters.
• Engage in clear and strategic communication with clients, opposing counsel, judges, mediators, and other relevant parties.
• Contribute to case strategy discussions, helping to shape and plan litigation approaches.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with a solid academic track record.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of substantial experience in insurance coverage litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
