Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have over six years of litigation experience and hold an active Texas Bar License. A book of business is not required.

Duties

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prepare extensively for trials, including file responsibility and motion practice.
• Engage in significant hearings and depositions.
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized work ethic.
• Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings, preferred but not required.
• Work on-site at least three days a week.

Requirements

• 6+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas Bar License.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar License.
