Job Details:

• Conduct legal research to analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
• Participate in client meetings, providing legal advice and guidance.
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies for resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and precedents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all legal activities.

Requirements:

• Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment and/or civil litigation.
• Preference is given to candidates with experience in class action and PAGA litigation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
