Duties:

• Manage a felony calendar of court-appointed cases from arraignment through jury trial.
• Conduct settlement negotiations, contested motions, preliminary hearings, and writs.
• Develop and represent private practice criminal cases in Placer County and surrounding counties.
• Provide advocacy and criminal litigation expertise.
• Conduct legal research and writing.

Requirements:

Membership in the California State Bar.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
