Duties

• Consult with prospective clients and gather necessary information for planning recommendations.
• Review and update estate plans for current and former clients.
• Quote fees and manage client engagement processes.
• Draft and review estate plans to ensure they meet client needs and wishes.
• Conduct client reviews, explaining plans and addressing concerns.
• Refer clients to affiliated financial advisors when appropriate.
• Respond to client communications and maintain detailed meeting notes.
• Participate in regular attorney and department meetings.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney by California State Bar.
• State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Estate Planning.
• Knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.
• State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate preferred.
