Duties

• Draft or assist with estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters.
• Support and manage trust and estate litigation cases as experience grows.
• Communicate directly with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Litigate estate matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.).
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Prior litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in estate planning, probate, and trust litigation.
• Ability and desire to work effectively as part of a team.
