Duties:

• Supervise the preparation and execution of wills and related estate planning documents.

• Provide legal guidance to clients on matters related to trusts, estates, and wills.

• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal practice.

• Engage in client consultations to identify their needs and advise on the most effective estate planning strategies.

• Conduct legal research and stay current with developments in estate planning law.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.

• Expertise in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Laws.

• Strong analytical, research, and logical reasoning skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Superior organizational and time management skills.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client matters.

• Client-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional legal services.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state of New York.
