A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Structured Finance and Securitization team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions, with a focus on repo finance, digital infrastructure, trade receivable finance, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities.

Duties

• Represent financial institutions in various asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.
• Engage in repo finance, digital infrastructure, and trade receivable finance projects.
• Participate in warehouse lending and structured private credit facilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers.
• General capital markets, private credit, and/or leveraged finance experience preferred.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Previous large law firm experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
