A reputable law firm located in Plano, TX is looking to add a skilled and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to its Homeowners Association (HOA) and Condominium Law team. This role involves working within a high-volume environment, focusing on collections and compliance for HOA and condominium matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a consistent, process-driven role that requires maintaining accuracy while managing repetitive tasks. Duties:

• Handle HOA and condominium law collections and compliance matters, ensuring legal accuracy in high-volume cases
• Process large quantities of similar tasks with meticulous attention to detail
• Develop and follow standardized procedures for repetitive workflows
• Ensure consistent progress toward measurable goals while maintaining quality standards
• Manage caseloads efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity without compromising on accuracy
• Provide legal counsel and advice to HOA clients regarding compliance and collections
• Participate in team collaboration to optimize processes and improve workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HOA and condominium law or similar legal practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high caseloads effectively
• Capacity to follow and improve standardized legal processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve client goals
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility to gain admission

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar license (or ability to obtain within a specified time frame)

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in managing repetitive legal workflows
