Duties

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review and draft purchase agreements, deeds, and closing documents.
• Conduct residential real estate closings.
• Resolve title and survey issues.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, lenders, and realtors.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a licensed law school.
• Active Tennessee law license or pending admission.
• Residential real estate experience preferred; commercial real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• License to Practice Law in the State of Tennessee
