Duties:

• Represent clients in all stages of foreclosure proceedings, including contested foreclosures
• Conduct thorough reviews of loan documents, financials, and demand letters before filing actions
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence necessary to initiate and manage foreclosure actions
• Perform legal research and analysis of applicable statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel
• Maintain and update internal client systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections laws
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of work, meeting firm, client, investor, and court deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office tools; familiarity with electronic case management systems preferred
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Admission to the Delaware State Bar

Certifications:

• Bar membership in Delaware required
