The ideal candidate will have experience in general debt finance, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents, as well as UCC and general corporate experience.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate commitment papers and security agreements.
• Prepare and review credit agreements and loan documents.
• Engage in UCC-related tasks and general corporate matters.

Requirements

• General debt finance experience required.
• Experience with UCC and corporate matters preferred.
• High level of academic achievement preferred.
• Solid law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
