Duties

• Represent lenders and/or borrowers in finance transactions.

• Engage in general transactional work as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of transferable legal experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills.

• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Illinois Bar or ability to waive in.
