A law firm seeks a Family Lawyer / Divorce Attorney in Virginia Beach, VA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team handling family law, divorce, civil litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense cases. Flexible work arrangements are available.

Duties

• Manage multiple family law cases simultaneously.
• Conduct client meetings and case research.
• Resolve legal issues and draft correspondence.
• File motions and represent clients in court.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely client communication.

Requirements

• Two+ years of experience as a family lawyer in Virginia preferred.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues independently.
• Experience with case management systems; billing knowledge is a plus.
• Virginia Bar License required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
