The candidate will participate in management-side employment compliance work, and assist with employment litigation cases. Will assist with handling wage and hour audits; workplace investigations; development of workplace policies and practices; training programs for employers; and defending administrative complaints before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Labor Commissioner, and Cal/OSHA. Will interact directly with clients to develop and implement successful strategies to comply with employment laws and regulations and to avoid litigation. Must be an employment law associate with 0-3 years of experience. Should possess excellent academic credentials.
