A law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to manage all phases of litigation related to construction law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex civil litigation and a commitment to achieving excellent results for clients.

Duties:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including fact investigation and legal research.
• Draft discovery requests and prepare legal pleadings.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations.
• Communicate effectively with opposing counsel and clients.
• Appear in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.
• Conduct substantive work aimed at achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in complex civil litigation, preferably in construction law.
• Must be actively licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
