A law firm seeks a skilled Litigation Trial Attorney for its Workers' Compensation Subrogation Practice Group in West Conshohocken, PA. This remote position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to manage a diverse range of subrogation claims.

Duties

• Conduct intake, review, and manage all aspects of loss investigation.
• Handle expert retention, pleadings, discovery, mediation, and trial.
• Manage numerous workers' compensation subrogation claims.
• Draft legal pleadings and motions for court proceedings.
• Analyze opportunities for direct recovery and lien reimbursement claims.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years' litigation experience.
• Experience handling a large and varied caseload.
• Primary attorney experience in at least 20 depositions and 10 mediations.
• Valid Pennsylvania Bar license; additional state licenses are a plus.
• Experience in subrogation law, products liability, and plaintiff's personal injury preferred.
• Trial experience, including participation in at least 5 trials, is highly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license.
