Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Fiduciary Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its office in Radnor, PA. Duties
- Represent clients in Orphans' Court litigation and other contested proceedings.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active licensure in PA.
- 3-6 years of fiduciary litigation experience required.
- Experience in Orphans' Court litigation and contested trust and estate matters.
- Knowledge of estate planning and administration is a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active law license in Pennsylvania.
