Duties:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related agreements such as loan agreements, security documents, and financing statements.
• Providing legal advice on corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital market transactions.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on complex finance and banking issues.
• Assisting in due diligence processes and preparing related reports for clients.
