A law firm seeks an Attorney specializing in Foreclosure to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, providing an opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to creditors' rights and related legal services.

Duties

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics.
• Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with members of the state team.
• Actively participate in weekly state meetings.
• Engage in one-on-one weekly meetings with the Supervising Attorney.

Requirements

• J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictions.
• Ability to work in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to continual change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
