Location:

• Beverly Hills, California

Duties:

• Manage serious injury cases from intake through settlement or trial

• Draft and file complaints, motions, and pre-trial documents

• Take and defend depositions, including those of expert witnesses

• Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and trials

• Work closely with internal litigation teams on case strategy and execution

• Communicate with clients throughout the litigation process

• Develop high-level case strategies with the support of firm resources

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation

• Proven experience with motion practice and depositions

• Trial experience preferred but not required

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads

• Strong commitment to client service and case excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California

Skills:
