Location:

• Los Angeles, California

Duties:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Participate in substantive trial preparation and courtroom proceedings

• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and manage discovery

• Take and defend depositions

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients in high-stakes litigation matters

• Utilize e-discovery software and tools to manage document review and case preparation

• Contribute to client updates, legal strategy meetings, and risk assessments

• Maintain high standards of client service and responsiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience

• Active license to practice law in California

• Demonstrated courtroom and trial preparation experience

• Familiarity with high-volume caseloads and fast-paced legal environments

• Previous experience with e-discovery platforms and litigation software

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of California

Skills:
