A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney (Litigation) in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in family law, estate planning, and probate. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases from inception to resolution while contributing to the firm's mission of excellence.

Duties

• Manage family law cases proactively from beginning to end.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Recommend improvements to practice managers.
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

• Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas; five or more years preferred.
• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Solid research and writing skills.
• Passion for conducting hearings, mediations, and consults.
• Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.
• Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
• Experience in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
