Duties

• Conduct employment diligence and advise on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate employment, retention, and related agreements.
• Advise on reductions in force, employee terminations, and restructuring.
• Draft restrictive covenants and provide guidance on employee mobility.
• Counsel emerging companies on various aspects of employment law.
• Collaborate with multiple office locations to support global employment needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employment counseling (domestic and/or international).
• Experience in a recognized AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Strong understanding of international employment law and cross-border matters.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and client matters.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying.
