Duties

• Draft and respond to written discovery and review document productions.
• Handle law and motion work, including drafting and arguing motions in court.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and case management conferences.
• Collaborate on case strategy, including trial preparation and dispositive motion practice.
• Participate in e-discovery and ongoing case management.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Up to 1 year of litigation experience in California courts.
• Strong writing, argument, and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless legal environment.
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to travel within California for court appearances and depositions.
• Passion for consumer advocacy and a desire to grow as a litigator.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills

• Strong legal writing and argumentation skills.
• Organizational and case management abilities.
• Proficiency in technology and paperless environments.
• Spanish language skills are advantageous.
