The candidate should have 5 years of litigation experience including experience with e-filing at the state and federal levels. Will provide day-to-day administrative support for multiple attorneys, which may include, but is not necessarily limited to, proofing/editing/formatting documents, scanning and copying, maintaining files (both electronic and hard copy), independently performing conflict checks searches on potential clients, drafting cover letters for routine correspondence, mailing packages with strict notice requirements, maintaining attorneys’ calendars, answering phones, and interacting with clients and being the first point of contact, preparing litigation notebooks and exhibits for trial, hearing and/or deposition proceedings.
