A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney for its Employment Litigation Practice Group in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in employment litigation, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Duties

• Handle employment litigation cases, including individual, class, wage & hour, harassment & discrimination, and PAGA litigation.
• Engage extensively with client representatives and opposing counsel.
• Assist in conducting workplace investigations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions.
• Draft and respond to discovery and correspondence.

Requirements

• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in employment litigation required.
• Experience in wage and hour class action/PAGA preferred.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
