• Provide legal advice on estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy matters.
• Meet with clients and prospective clients throughout the day.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Great communication skills, especially in high-stress situations.
• Active member of the American Bar Association.
• 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
• Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, and real estate law.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
• J.D. degree required.

Certifications
