Senior Associate, Tax Shared Services (Corporate / Partnership)

The candidate will perform tax-related tasks involving tax compliance to a variety of clients including partnerships and corporations. Participate in tax compliance and provision assistance engagements, identification and analysis of tax technical issues and interaction with additional service lines, including State and Local Tax and International Tax for multinational and domestic companies in a wide variety of industries. Utilize new technologies and tools used in client service delivery and participate in technology or process development initiatives, including bot deployment and use of Alteryx and other data enablement tools. Ability to handle multiple engagements, manage teams, review work prepared and provide direction to assistants on engagement work performed. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible for delivering high quality tax compliance service. Keep up to date on current tax practices. Minimum two years of recent tax compliance experience in an accounting firm, corporation and/or law firm. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, J.D., LL.M. in taxation and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university. Demonstrated quality service mindset, strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Excellent communication and time management skills; flexible and adaptable team player; resourceful in delivering high quality work.
