Duties

• Assess HSR reportability and prepare HSR forms.
• Manage filing preparation and coordinate with clients and teams.
• Engage in substantive antitrust analysis of competitor transactions.
• Assist with Second Request responses and general antitrust counseling.

Requirements

• 1 year of antitrust/competition-related M&A clearance experience.
• Background in regulatory/corporate M&A or private equity preferred.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
