Duties

• Manage all aspects of case management, including tracking and coordinating with team members.
• Represent clients in Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts.
• Advise clients on immigration options under current law and procedures.
• Supervise drafting of forms and evidence gathering for cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to prepare cases.
• Maintain organized case notes in the firm's case management system.
• Conduct legal research and writing for applications and federal litigation.
• Participate in hearings, interviews, and immigration appointments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree and active bar admission in any state, California preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in immigration law, including direct representation.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in legal research and advocacy.
• Self-motivated with strategic goal-setting capabilities.
• Experience in staff supervision and delegation.
• Interest in immigration law and a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree
