Duties

• Represent clients in immigration court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft petitions, motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Advise and negotiate on behalf of clients in various immigration matters.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support teams to compile evidence and track deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of immigration law experience.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• Bilingual in Spanish with strong verbal and written fluency.
• Excellent legal writing skills.
• Strong case management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and standard office programs.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license.
