Duties

• Support clients in addressing environmental issues within the mining industry.
• Assist in navigating regulatory frameworks and securing necessary permits.
• Participate in litigation matters related to environmental and regulatory law.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and resolve legal challenges.
• Demonstrate critical analytical skills and effective communication throughout the litigation process.
• Manage workload effectively to meet demanding schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in environmental and regulatory law.
• Strong background in litigation support.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to client matters.
• Practical law school experience (e.g., law review, moot court) and/or judicial clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
