Job Title: Junior or Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking junior or mid-level associate attorneys with a strong background in litigation to join its thriving Community Associations practice. This opportunity is based in Washington, DC, and/or Falls Church, Virginia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage litigation cases and represent clients in community association matters.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload and represent clients in community association matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and other team members.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• A strong desire for courtroom exposure and client interaction.

• Experience in litigation, particularly with deposition and trial experience.

• Admission to practice in Virginia and Washington, DC.

• Admission to the Maryland Bar is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar membership in Virginia and Washington, DC required.

• Maryland Bar admission is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong writing and legal research skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.

• Trial and deposition experience is highly preferred.
