Job Overview:
A highly regarded and fast-growing law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trial Attorney to join its Litigation Team in Boca Raton, Florida. The attorney will manage a caseload focused exclusively on litigation matters, handling personal injury cases from pre-suit handoff through settlement or trial. This role is ideal for a litigator with significant trial experience, a proactive work ethic, and a passion for client advocacy in the courtroom.

Location:

• Boca Raton, Florida

Duties:

• Manage a litigation caseload of approximately 35–40 active files

• Represent clients through all phases of litigation, including trial

• Conduct depositions of fact and expert witnesses

• Prepare and argue motions in court

• Collaborate with a team of legal assistants and paralegals for trial preparation

• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and jury trials throughout Florida

• Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on legal matters

• Attend legal seminars and workshops to strengthen litigation skills

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

• Maintain accurate case documentation and deadlines using case management systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury law

• First-chair jury trial experience required

• Strong deposition and motion practice experience

• Familiarity with discovery rules and litigation procedures

• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload independently

• Strong commitment to client service and advocacy

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• Familiarity with SmartAdvocate® case management software preferred

• Must be team-oriented and highly organized

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written advocacy

• Legal research and analysis proficiency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
