The role includes litigating a wide range of claims, such as repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and hearing loss. Duties:

• Litigate workers’ compensation claims involving high exposure and complex issues.
• Handle cases related to repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss claims.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative defense strategies for clients.
• Assist in preparing legal documents, research, and case analysis.
• Participaconstruction, healthcare, retail, technology, and education industries in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as required.
• Work with clients from industries such as construction, healthcare, retail, technology, and education.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers’ compensation or related fields.
• Strong analytical, writing, and research abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.

Skills:

• Advanced legal research and analytical capabilities.
