Job Duties:

• Perform initial case evaluation and develop case strategy.
• Assign, delegate, and oversee tasks, duties, and work product of support staff.
• Conduct effective discovery for successful litigation.
• Understand and evaluate medical records to determine case value.
• Make appearances on behalf of the client at depositions, hearings, trials, etc.
• Engage in strong legal writing and legal research.
• Demonstrate deadline and detail orientation.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Arizona.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
