Syracuse office of our client seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be performing initial client interviews. Will be interviewing witnesses. Appearing in court for Arraignments, Reports, Pleas and Sentencing. Client interviews. Negotiating with Assistant District Attorneys. Assisting with hearing and trial preparation. Performing legal research. Creating exhibits for demonstrations in court. Accruing additional evidence in support of their case or for arguments against the prosecutions charges. Examining the crime scene. Gathering expert witnesses to testify in court.
