• Prepare and appear at conferences, hearings, and mediations.
• Participate in case strategy meetings with senior attorneys.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for efficient case handling.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York State or eligible for reciprocity.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with family law experience preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent courtroom demeanor and oral advocacy skills.
• High emotional intelligence and client empathy.
