Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Family Law or General Litigation.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the New York State Bar.
• Understanding of New York State DRL, CPLR, and Family Court Act.
• Proficiency with digital tools and practice management software.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and strong oral advocacy skills.
• Attention to detail in drafting and court submissions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).
