Duties

• Conduct depositions and interview witnesses.
• Prepare for trials and manage a diverse range of experts.

Requirements

• Active membership in a current state bar, preferably licensed in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho.
• 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation matters.
• Experience handling insurance defense and/or personal injury matters is a plus.
• Experience in federal and/or appellate courts is desirable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar membership.
