The candidate will be drafting/preparing correspondence, motions, pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, notices of depositions, etc. Scheduling and maintaining accurate attorney calendars. Preparing case/file for hearings, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and or trials. Requesting and analysis of billing/medical records and sending demands. Requesting, reviewing, and disputing of health insurance liens, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and VA liens. Communicating via phone and email with clients, courts, providers, adjusters, other attorney offices. Other tasks as assigned.
