Job Overview:
A prominent Los Angeles-based law firm is expanding its litigation team and seeking a dynamic, trial-ready attorney to handle high-volume personal injury matters. This opportunity is being offered through a legal recruiting agency on behalf of the firm. The ideal candidate will be a confident, organized litigator who thrives under pressure and is driven by the pursuit of justice for injury victims. The role is full-time and requires on-site presence at the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases throughout all phases of litigation, from initial complaint to final resolution

• Represent clients during depositions, mediations, and court proceedings

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision and clarity

• Engage in proactive and strategic negotiations with defense representatives and insurers

• Collaborate closely with clients to provide guidance and advocacy throughout their cases

• Participate in trial preparation, including strategy development, witness preparation, and exhibit organization

• Maintain detailed records and meet case deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently

• Willingness to appear in court and engage in all stages of trial work

• Effective negotiation style and the ability to confront opposing parties with confidence

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active California Bar license is required

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and persuasive communication abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to adapt in a high-pressure, volume-driven environment

• Client-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability

• Trial advocacy skills are considered a plus
