Job Overview: A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle foreclosure matters on behalf of clients. The role requires utilizing legal expertise to manage the foreclosure process efficiently and provide exceptional client service.

Job Duties:

• Manage foreclosure matters from initiation to resolution.
• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
• Handle contested foreclosures and participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on case progress.
• Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in communicating with clients via various channels (client systems, email, phone).
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving legal issues promptly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working at a fast pace and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in foreclosure law or related practice areas.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania foreclosure procedures and laws.
• Previous experience in client counseling and case management.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
