The attorney will assess client histories, identify potential immigration relief, and recommend case strategies. Duties:

• Examine immigration files received through FOIA requests to determine potential avenues for relief.

• Conduct detailed screenings of client records to evaluate eligibility for immigration benefits.

• Manage a high-volume docket with precision and timeliness.

• Prepare clear, comprehensive recommendations for subsequent legal action.

• Coordinate with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure meticulous file reviews.

• Stay informed on developments across all pertinent areas of immigration law.

• Record findings and action steps in an organized, client-accessible format.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years practicing immigration law.

• Ability to analyze complex immigration records and legal documents.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload efficiently.

• Licensed and in good standing with the bar of any U.S. jurisdiction.

• Knowledge across various areas of immigration law, including family-based applications, asylum, and removal defense.

• Strong written and oral communication capabilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in any U.S. state or territory.
